Toshiro's and Rukia's. I love ice zanpakutou. All white and icy cold... a ice dragon! And Rukia's looks extremely good when it turns completely white.
Wait - Rukia's bankai hasn't been seen yet, right? xD Anyway, it's still one of my favorite zanpakuto regardless of that...
